Frequently asked questions
Answers to institutional questions on deployment, ALM, financial language intelligence, reporting and scenarios.
Does ZOOSER work entirely offline?
It is designed for local deployment and can operate in an air-gapped environment with no external internet connectivity, subject to the configuration and licensed modules.
How does ZOOSER-ALM support decisions?
It calculates balance-sheet, liquidity, funding and interest-rate exposures using approved institutional data and compares the effects of modeled alternatives.
What does ZOOSER-FM do?
ZOOSER-FM is the financial-language intelligence program designed to explain verified analytical results and support bilingual executive communication.
Does “10 seconds” apply to every report?
No universal turnaround is asserted. Initial insights in as little as 10 seconds concern configured workflows with ready data; performance varies by dataset and computation.
What does real-time reporting mean?
Reports reflect the most recent successfully ingested and validated data. Update frequency depends on the data integration and institution’s refresh schedule.
Does ZOOSER replace core banking or the bank’s decision-makers?
No. It complements approved systems as a financial decision layer, with institutional review and human decision authority.
Which institutions are supported?
Banking, investment and financing solutions are within ZOOSER’s product scope. Insurance-specific functions are on the development roadmap.
How is institutional data integrated?
Deployment can be configured around approved CSV files, read-only SQL views and managed transfer channels such as internal SFTP, according to access policies.
